Hi lala
Your posts will not appear until it has been seen by a moderator, whenever a member posts a message, it sits in a holding pen until a moderator checks the post for any profanity or names and then releases the post either amended or unamended, some times with a comment.
As Gordon pointed out in his post your backdate is ignored for 12 months as it was below £5k. Your mothers finances are not taken into a/c with your own, ideally you should have your own bank a/c which your mother can access to pay your bills.

Thanks for reading and explaining why my messages were not showing.
Sorry I'm pretty much asking the same thing for the third time but I just want to make sure I 100% understand because im terrified of braking the law, I'm not trying to be annoying i have autism and sometimes i find it hard to fully understand.
OK so even though it's not ideal that my ESA goes into my mum's bank account that doesn't change the fact that I'm allowed to have up to £6000 and my mum is also allowed to have up to £6000? Our finances are not added together just because my ESA is paid into her bank account?

Hi lala,
per Gary and Gordon, you and your Mum are separate households for ESA purposes. But I also think it would be good idea for you to have a separate bank account. If DWP were to do a spot check, they would see your Mum has quite a lot of money, and that might need to be explained. Better to have a separate account, you can still share all the expenditure, that's not the problem.
