Hello BIS, Sue CC and MuttonJeff,
Thanks for all your replies. I assumed the issue must be with uploading the supporting evidence as I got no errors up to that point. Some of the documents were from A&E and I had A&E in the filename. I removed the & in the filename. I don't know if this made any difference. All I know is that I tried uploading the supporting evidence a few days later and submitting the application worked this time to my surprise.
The one thing I would mentioned is that on the last page you get the option to print ( and/or download a pdf) copy of your application. I would highly recommend you do print it off or download the pdf at this point. Once you navigate away from this webpage or logout you lose this option and you can no longer get a copy of the application when you log back in.
All the best, Johnny

Hi, I didn't have that problem, but I did have other ones. Like not being able to amend or add to any sections despite the promise I could. Not being able to tell which section was the time sensitive one and which wasn't. I also couldn't download or keep a copy of the application. The questions don't match the sample on the B&W website, they are very much simplified and could disadvantage a claim, seeing as you practically have to have a degree in Law to get a result in the first place. I got an appointment for a video assessment and I still didn't have a copy of my form so I called and asked for one to be sent. Its over seven days, postal strikes aside of course, I haven't received it so I postponed the assessment. After reading on here it is better to ask for it to be recorded, ATOS told me they did have a telephone assessment available to reschedule on the phone, so I would now go to the "back of the queue again" and appointment would be sent in the post. I should have made a note of the date I applied for PIP. I asked for a copy of the form on the 8th. Today is 14th. I have an up to date graph of applications vs successes, but I don't think I can post it here?
