Hello all,
I’ve had a letter through the post from Ipsos asking me to complete a survey relating to dealing with the DWP, for government research purposes. Firstly, has anyone else had a letter and does it seem genuine. Secondly, if it is, should I be wary about completing it?
I recently got hacked and someone tried to scam me so now I’m very cautious!

Ipos is advertising the research they have been commission to do - so I think it is probably genuine www.ipsos.com/en-uk/personal-independenc...ip-claimant-research - but you are under no obligation to complete it.

this was my post from 2 months 3 weeks ago
hi, had a letter a few days ago from ipsos/dwp , saying they would be phoning me within the next few weeks and it should take 15-20 minutes, although the survey is online? i can opt out if i want to, just wanted to know if anyone else has had this experience? don't understand why they would phone if the survey is online? the survey is supposedly about peoples experiences when dealing with dwp within the last 3 months, and how dwp can improve, many thanks
