Hi I have my review 13 months after filling out form, my question is as I had a injury and couldn't bend, walk, get out of a chair for a few weeks then it happened again since I filled out form, I had physio to stop it getting really bad again and I need to keep stretches up daily, but it does not correct my injury due to my condition and shape of foot/leg and how I walk, which won't get corrected as my condition is progressive, how do I put this across in my review?

Write to the DWP office dealing with your claim with an email copy to the Assessment Provider for you area, explaining when and what has happened and how it changes you limitations in regard to the PIP Descriptors.

When you have your assessment ask the assessor if they have seen a copy of the information and if they haven't ask if you can quickly read the content to them.
