Hi Rita

I'm sorry that your MR was not successful. When you're ready - have a look at the Guide to PIP Appeals which will walk you through the process. I hope you soon find relief from your migraine.

Hoping your migraine lifts completely so you can tackle your Appeal successfully.
I have to admit the fight for our daughter, though successful, on 4 goes [2x tribunal] in 9 years has worn me down when I should be doing my own application. But I'll try not to let them 'win' in this way.

This is why I get so cross as we can afford more paper, ink cartridges etc but not everyone can.
So I spread the word of B&W to everyone I can, esp people like foodbank volunteers, church workers and so on who may meet many people that would get help from B&W.
Power to all claimants!

After a week of migraines and a weekend from hell, I started the appeal. Its very technical stuff. I started filling in the online form. There's the part where the MR letter is supposed to tell you why they have refused the MR. My letter says "Much of your MR request is concerned with what you perceive as inaccuracies in the HP report. If you would like to take this further please contact the assessment provider, details of which can be found in your claimant letter". Have you ever? And perceive, same as imagine? There's no reason for refusal? can someone advise me what to write that isn't anrgy and sarcastic please??!!

Hi Rita

I would copy exactly what it says in the letter and then add that no further explanation as to why your MR was refused has been offered.

Did you ever contact them to get more information?

Last but not least Denby, power to your elbow, kick their erses, with your own and your daughters appeals, why they have to torture people for such tiny amounts of money is beyond me. So far, if they are on 40 grand a piece, its cost 120 grand to deprive me of a maximum of £60.00

I've only just read what is says now, because I started to fill in the form online. I assumed I'd overlooked it first time, so I went back and looked for it, and this is what is says, go and have a fight with ATOS. They've not actually written any reason at all. Its a long paragraph the manages to say nothing except "we agree with the assessment report" and ends with contact ATOS.
