  			 				Hello, another question.

I can and do push through my exhaustion and pain which means I can do things once a day or once a week (e.g going for a walk). However ths isn't what is recommended to manage my symptoms and I do get payback and feel worse for doing so. Does this fit in with the reliability and to an acceptable standard requirements? Will I be penalised for pushing thorugh?

  			 				Hi Mason

If something makes you feel worse and you're having to push through with negative effects, then I am assuming that you can't do it to an acceptable standard ie in the same manner that someone else without the condition could do on the majority of days. Just be aware of what you are trying to convey and don't overcomplicate it or give information that can be misunderstood.

Thanks - that makes sense. And I do need to be really careful not to overcomplicate!
