I think it may have been in Disability Rights' UC claiming guide where they say that if we believe our Work Coach is not listening to us and doing their job properly, we can request a new Work Coach be assigned to us. Surely this applies to our Case Manager too? Even more so for LCWRA claimants who I've recently learned are not assigned a Work Coach and are therefore reliant on having a Case Manager who does their job properly, chasing our Jobcentre for actions, liaising with other DWP staff etc. I absolutely refuse to have to suffer through another serious (and stupid!!) error by my Case Manager.
