Hi - Hope you can help. Ive just had my wife's PIP review come up (due December 2023). Received today despite post marked 2 weeks ago.

I am wondering what is the timescale for them in general to advise the outcome ( I know they've got upto December to reply based on review), however any idea of general turn around ( I ask as wife, like lots of us suffers from anxiety).

Thank you

Hi Mark R

Welcome to the forum.

You might want to have a look at the following FAQ which explains where everything is; www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/guides-for-claimants/faq/forum

If you need extra time to complete the form, make sure you contact DWP and ask for an extension, explain took two weeks for form to arrive.

We have mixed messages on the forum from 4 to 12 weeks on average but some can take longer.
