Thanks, yes our HA definitely don't do them, it's likely we'll be using a Royal British Legion OT for the additional rails. The bungalow is already disabled ready, step free, very wide access all thru, bathroom with lowered bath and we have bath board etc, I have to assist with all showering. But will be putting in for a DFG for replacement with level access shower once our 12 months probationary tenancy is up. I have signed up for the online training ready for the PIP review as I want to be as prepared as possible and even though I am trained things change and I know it will help me. Thanks again
