PIP telephone assessment

Having finally received a copy of my medical assessment I was anticipating that the DWP would reduce my daily living component from enhanced to standard, as the assessor had scored me only 9 points. Today I received the decision - still enhanced for daily living and standard for mobility. Not only that, but the award is for an ongoing period which is an enormous relief. I will get my state pension next April and it is extremely comforting to know that my PIP award will continue after pension age. I am so grateful for all the help from your website and the supportive comments from members and moderators alike.
