Today (9th May) I received the copy of the medical assessment that I requested on 31 March! Is that a record? Thinking about contacting Guiness World Records......

Yes Gary - that was me too!! I ordered another one on the 3rd May and it arrived on the 6th. I guess it all depends on where it's coming from. The one that took 39 days came from Belfast so it might have got caught up in the post Brexit border shambles.
