Pip Tribunal was created by Breacon
Could anyone advise me please, what further evidence would be good to submit to a tribunal for pip.

Also if you have an improvement in Yr condition, since you first applied, should this be mentioned at the Tribunal.

Also should I submit both Mandatory reconsideration forms, the first one, no change, then I applied to Tribunal, then got a phone call, out of the blue, standard rate for both, on the letter it says Mandatory Reconsideration.
I don't agree with the award, so I'm going to Tribunal.
The general advice is, a Tribunal will not increase an existing award.
Only for those with no award.
Any advice gratefully received.

Hi Jaz

Have you looked at the guides on submitting an appeal - to make sure that you have said everything that you want to say? Particularly about challenging the assessment report. (scroll down the page to see them) benefitsandwork.co.uk/guides-for-claimants/pip.

The Tribunal is judging whether the DWP made the right or wrong award at the time of your review and mandatory reconsideration. If your condition has improved and there is a chance it would impact your current award, you are supposed to inform the DWP now.

It is not true to say that Tribunals do not increase an existing award. I know plenty of people who had only a standard award and have won enhanced at a Tribunal.
