Thank you Bis. I had a text message at 8am this morning to say the health professional had returned my assessment form to Pip. Very quick turn around. My video interview was 9am Tuesday. So just 47 hours later it has been returned.
I phoned PIP and managed to get through within about an hour. They are sending out my PA4 I should receive it within 5-10 working days. Now the anxiety is increasing.
Just to update all if they are waiting also. I always loved to read how long other people were waiting too.

Hi Milish

Glad you got through, and the assessment report is on the way.

I cannot believe that today my PA4 arrived by post. I only called the PIP line on Thursday and had been told 5-10 days before I would receive it. Yet 2 days later Saturday the big brown envelope arrived.
I am very happy with the report I got If the DM agrees I will continue on standard rate daily living and enhanced rate for mobility.
The report says I should be reviewed in 2 years. I will reach state pension age in January next year. What will happen then? Could they request another review before this?

Thank you so much to everyone for their support on the site. Everyone is so helpful and the guides are brilliant. I am not counting on my results until I receive my official letter. I will update when I received my letter which can take up to 6 weeks.

Providing there are no legal issues with the assessor's report, which would be unusual, then I would expect the Decision Maker to follow the advice, the only area where they may vary could be the award length.

If the Decision is two years then the Effective Date (when the award starts) will be important, the DWP is currently reassessing anything up to a year before the award's end.

Be aware, once you reach State Retirement Age then the Mobility component cannot be awarded if one is not already in place, or increased if it is a Standard award.

Thank you for your reply Gordon. That was the only worry I had was the length of the claim (assuming the DM agrees with the assessor of course)
I am pension age in January so if it is a 2 year award then this time next year I could be assessed again.
I will wait until I get the decision letter and see what the Decision is.
Many thanks for all you and all the staff/ volunteers do on this site helping and supporting people. It really is appreciated.
