Does anyone know If you get higher rate PIPS for daily living and mobility will you loose any of it if you have a family member move in with you? Thanks Jo
Your PIP will not alter if you have a family member move in with you, if you were in receipt of SDP then that may be affected depending on your circumstances and we would advise you to seek advice from your local Welfare Rights Organisation who will take all your circumstances into consideration; advicelocal.uk
