Finally after a stressful and uncertain period of waiting for a phone assessment and a decision which wasn’t looking good, I can confirm that with the valuable help and assistance from B&W we not only got the enhanced mobility but also daily living as well as the decision maker overruled the assessor! With all the evidence we supplied so avoiding going to MR then possibly a tribunal.
Again, a big thank you to the moderators and others behind the scenes that helped made this possible.
