You ask if we would agree that this is the answer: "You can send this digital letter we recommend or any other document, during or after the initial online form submission, by uploading it inside your online PIP account at any time."
As stated in a previous post, you have this option if you complete an online claim but not all claims are made online, the vast majority of claims are paper based in which case you do not have this option.
