thanks again, our job centre is Weymouth, Dorset
what reasons should I state to refuse the fit note request ?
also what would be your advice regarding signing off on the commitments, the commitments are as below
I'll sign into my account often to:
complete all activities in my to-do list
report changes to my circumstances promptly, including changes to work
If I cannot get online, I'll report any changes by calling Universal Credit.

again I really appreciate your help and guidance on these matters.

Hi Briank,

You first need to get your partner's Support Group status recognised and then everything else should fall into place.
Your complaint is that the Work Coach is asking your partner for Fit Notes when she has been declared unfit for work by a DWP WCA.
Type out your complaint in the UC Journal for the attention of Jodi Wilson, District Manager, Weymouth. When you have typed out the complaint in your UC Journal, from the drop down list choose Work Coach. Then you can copy and paste the same message and this time from the drop down list choose the option " Service Issue ". It is important to send the complaint twice as they have been known to be ignored in the DWP pipework.
Let me know how you get on

David
