Are we disadvantaged if dwp offers to do managed migration over phone

Hello David,

That is not an issue anymore because I called them and they said even once I have selected one contact option ( either to be contacted by email or text),
if I want to change my preferred contact option as not suitable, I can inform them on my journal.

I have not used the journal yet.
