MR on closed UC claim?

Ha ha yes it is very scary at the job centre! I have 2 dogs - one can control the other's movements just by using his staring eyes.

Going to the job centre gave me a real insight into how my underdog feels! Those staring eyes penetrate terror right through the soul🤣

An update - DWP just called to confirm they have receieved and uploaded my first written MR - the one i sent to the freepost address. Just seemed to be a courtesy call to keep me in the loop (is that normal?!)

Anyway, friendly guy - just said it'll now go to the DM and if they need any more evidence, they will be in touch.

Meanwhile, of my 2 MRs sent first class recorded on Monday, one arrived today. One still to be delivered. Not good enough, Royal Mail.
I am pleased it's all moving forward now though.

FINALLY - my 2nd mail sent 1st class signed for on Monday arrived this afternoon!!

FOUR DAYS. I might need to pack any further correspondance in a cardboard box and get DPD to take it!

Anyway - whilst looking up the postcode for 'delivery site B' i did come across this list of DWP correspondance addresses which could be a handy resource?

The one for my local job centre is actually delivery site A but i expect it's all just opened up and logged onto the compters wherever it's opened.
