Why have I been penalised for PIP because I work

Hi Cooky,

You know something - I totally understand where you're coming from. I have fought issues all my life, and I'm awaiting an assessment (which is a 7 year wait) that I registered for in 2020, and I worked very hard all my life, often carrying other people who didn't contribute any sort of level like I did, and after over 15 years, I snapped, had a breakdown, and HR got involved, and I was forced out of where I worked. This is the kind of loyalty, so called friends, colleagues, and managers show ( so much for a duty of care ) - they don't understand - and it's incredibly difficult to fight. Now can you imagine thousands of people, like us, being forced into work by the government? - I can see riots, fights, probably suicides, because companies aren't trained to deal with people who have disabilities such as this - and they have no idea, especially if it's a hidden disability how to even spot signs, care for people who may have outbursts, for whatever reason - they could have a mental impairment, could've had an abusive childhood for example, could be drink or drug dependant......there are so many reasons - and to me, I think it spells disaster all over!

I wish you all the best with continuing your fight! :)

Chris.
