So you think this is the best way forward? Or I complain and leverage it into a home visit? What's to stop someone from the local Jobcentre visiting me instead of me going there? Let me know what you think.

I'm thinking of doing what you suggested (first thing tomorrow) and then complain on Monday. Because she shouldn't be threatening people like that. It won't save me but it gives her pause for thought in the future.

Hello David, Thank you for all your latest updates and information. Here is the journal entry I'm considering sending shortly, would be great to get some feedback on it before sending it. Hello Amanda, Liam will attend the appointment today (albeit under duress) with his Support Worker Daniel and we are considering making a complaint to Jo Corney. As Liam is Vulnerable person he wears an N95 mask when outside of his home or with people in his home. He will supply a mask to whoever is meeting with him to protect himself and others. This is especially important in this case because if you want Liam to take off his mask he needs to know that he is taking the least amount of risk possible to his health.
