Hi sorry don’t ever do anything like this so hope I am going about asking in the right way.Received a letter from PIP folks saying “we have decided you are not entitled to PIP payment. This is because you have not provided the additional information we asked for”.

That is all they say with regards to why. I have no idea what additional information I may not have given them and don’t have a copy of my online application. They say I have to ask them to look at their decision again before appealing and also to give them the extra informatin. I have no idea how to give them the additional info without knowing what it is in the first place.

The letter was dated the 10th June but I only received it on the 15th June and I have a one month deadline.

Any ideas what I do next?
Thanks.

Hi mjj@@

I think you need to phone the PIP telephony team and query with them what actually is PIP asking for in the way of " additional information ".
Let us know how you get on.

David
