I have a discretionary trust my daughter is disabled and doesn’t feel able to manage her own finances I am elderly does anyone know of any organisation I can pay to manage trust

Could the solicitor who drew up the trust deed give you advice on this and check if Mencap's service is suitable?

i contacted them for to do my tax return they were too busy to help so i dont think theyd help

As this is a complex issue you would be best advised to get help from a free of charge service such as that offered by Citizens Advice or Community Money Advice.
