DLA Tribunal Hearing was created by Lyn
Hi- Has anyone had a phone call to say that they have been awarded DLA just days before a tribunal hearing that they were going to attend? I am interested to know because I have to attend myself next month!

There was a discussion in the other forum... “In the back door” ..about a week ago. It is to try to clear the backlog. www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/forum?func=view&catid=13&id=50390

and Steves very good article on this in the members section (News) “Are the Tribunals being Nobbled” on Feb 2nd... “Teams of DWP decision makers and Atos doctors are being surreptitiously shown into tribunals service (TS) back offices and being allowed to go through employment and support allowance appeal files”. I am not sure if they are doing this with DLA yet, Lyn..
