Does anyone know the rules with regard to a very mature student attending college for 7 hours a week while on ESA support group and severe disability premium?
As far as I aware the restriction is on full time education, so you need to confirm that this is not the case, even though it is listed as only 7 hours.
Only the DWP can confirm that it is alright for you to attend the course, so you need to notify them of your intent and get confirmation in writing that it is OK.
