If you've been summoned to a medical assessment and you've tried contacting ATOS at the contact number quoted on the appointment letter, you'll probably have found it doesn't work! What a shambles! Try contacting ATOS via their customer care team number 01132309175. You should get through if you're willing to give it a few tries. They will allegedly arrange for someone to call back, but don't hold hold your breath! If I've not heard from them by tomorrow I'll be contacting my MP, Perhaps I'd better not hold my breath there either
