I have MS (so not going to get better) and received HRM and LRC I work from home so do not claim any other benefits like ESA and wondered if we know what is likely to happen to people who receive this with genuine incurable diseases.
I would welcome any info as I also have a motability car which I have only just changed so not due to change again til Dec 2013

Hi,
If your query is with regards to the change from DLA to Personal independence Payments (PIP). then currently other than what is already known - ie Working Age claimants will be transferred first, anything else is really just speculation at this time.
Until the legislation has been passed and we can see how PIP operates in practice it is really impossible to say what will occur.
Hopefully before it comes into practice, Steve will have written a members guide to PIP which will probably be a good reference to start from.
