Perhaps we should all send a copy of it to our GPs.

Hi Martin
I was joking about showing it to your GP, but now that you mentioned it, I don't see any reason why you shouldn't.
Given that GPs are given so little guidance by the DWP on completing ESA113s and the guidance for completing the actual form states 'complete the form in the usual way'; the 'usual way' is to leave most of the form blank and give very little information!
Regards
Derek

Hi Derek,
I also have a phsyciatrist and psychlogist who treat me on an ongoing basis.
Surely its best to get something in writing to all 3 as soon as possible so that this can be refered to at a later date.

Hi article
The Government have contracted a provider to carry out assessments, its not a case of more or less expert. If you wish to provide evidence other than the assessment that is entirely up to you.
I'm afraid we cannot discuss the competency of Government providers on this forum. Therefore I have edited your post accordingly.

Michael

i like Megs idea of getting in touch with your local MP over that piece re- to Doctors and the ATOS expert.
Have B@W an MP assisting them in the fight for better rights for claimants??.
Sometimes you see this kind of thing were an MP will attach himself to a cause he deeply believs in.
