I am sorry but housing benefit is not one of the benefits that we deal with.
I must admit that the "performance measurment team" is a new one on me.
I have heard of the "Benefits Integrity Team".
It could be something as simple as a normal review, I really don't know.
Have you tried searching on the internet?
