I am sorry but housing benefit is not one of the benefits that we deal with.
I must admit that the "performance measurment team" is a new one on me.
I have heard of the "Benefits Integrity Team".
It could be something as simple as a normal review, I really don't know.

This is a new initiative from the DWP to try and reduce the over-payment of benefits due to error.
They are ramdomly selecting claims for audit.
