As well as making another DLA claim, you may wish to appeal to the Upper Tribunal on a point of law. See Errors of law.
If you decide to appeal to the UT you will need to write to the clerk of the tribunal to request a full statement of reasons for the decision. It is also worthwhile asking for a record of the proceedings.
As appeals to the UT can be complicated, you should consult a CAB or WRO for further advice
