You may be lucky and be offered a second medical, which it may be possible to arrange as as a home visit, however you have no automatic right to this.

It is also possible that your file is being returned the DWP, in which case a Decision Maker will write to you asking for an explanation, you will have five days to respond. The DM will then make a Decision to offer you another medical, or to close your claim.

Had you previously asked for a home medical, or was today the first request?

You will have to wait and see what happens.

If you have not previously requested a home medical and did not contact them prior to todays medical, to inform them that you would not be attending, then it would seem quite likely that they will return your file to the DWP.
