As I understand from your previous posts, you have not accumulated sufficient qualifying NI contributions or credits to qualify for Contribution Based ESA, and from the letter you quote, you do not qualify for Income Related ESA, due to one or more requirements of the associated means test.

I don't think we can offer any more advice than we have previously.

You need to get face to face advice with regard to this matter.
