As you already have a CAB adviser representing you, it's better that you consult them ,
as they have access to your appeal case files which we don't. Nothing to beat 'face to face' advice.
However, as others may be reading this, there is no harm in informing the Tribunals Service of new treatment, but best to do it before your hearing date, so all panel members will be able to read it prior to appeal.
