Sorry, can't find the answer to the following question:
My partner has been awarded "contribution based ESA" and been put into the "support group" without the need for a medical. The decision took them about 9 weeks from the date of filling in the form.
1) are the payments limited to 365 days? 2) are they during the first 365 days or afterwards means-tested?

As your partner has been placed into the Support Group of CB ESA time limiting does not apply and means testing does not apply.
May I respectfully request you don't use upper case letters throughout your posts as it makes it very difficult for users who use text to speech software to read your post.
