ESA contributions question?

hello again,
when my esa(cb) stops in December,
is it worth my claiming esa(ir)? I ask , as I have a pension which is higher than £150
per week. As my tribunal wasn't successful ,
I'd rather not invite extra hassle on myself ,
is esa(ir) is a "non-starter" because of my pension.(occupational).

Hi all, this seems as good a place as any to ask a quick question which, no matter how hard I search the interwebs tonight, I don't seem able to get a straight answer on!

I'm on CB ESA, in the support group. I'm currently getting assistance from the council to move to a one-bedroom flat in the private sector. Anyone have any idea what level of council tax benefit I'm likely to qualify for? I'm disabled but don't use a chair and don't need a room for any equipment, nothing like that. Essentially I'll be living in a band B (most likely, possibly Band A) self-contained property. I get low rate care/mobility DLA and will be eligible for the LHA as a single person aged 45 living alone.

Any estimates?!

I am afraid that the (other) moderators on this site are experts in IB/ESA and DLA, I wouldn't expect anyone to be able to advise about council tax benefit.
