2nd ESA50 and information was created by pusscatsmum
Hi,
If when I have to do another ESA50 form, probably in approx 3 months time.
I wondered if they look at the first one that they have filed to see if there are any marked differences on the said form.
Mine will be fuller filled in with some marked differences in clinical diagnosis,
primarily due to different clinicians/consultants different ideas and diagnosos. i.e osteoarthrosis vs rhematoid arthrosis.Hence different meds etc too. In fact I believe quite a lot of differences, moreover could well be in my favour more, leaning towards support group vs wrag group.
Would it be correct to send in papers from MP etc who related letters re appeal, which did not take place in the end.All recent opposed to old consultant reports pre 2003.

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

We can only offer general information about how the system works. We cannot however offer advice to individuals about specific benefits questions/problems under any circumstances. To give accurate and reliable advice about a specific benefits problem, we'd need to know a great deal about your own personal circumstances which is not possible in an open forum. To attempt to give advice without all this information and without access to your case papers, together with further in depth discussion on a one-to-one basis, would seriously risk misinforming you.
Please see:-
Forum FAQs,
Forum search facility.
If you cannot find an answer to your enquiry and need specific benefits advice, you can download the 12 page guide entitled "Getting help with your benefits."
See:-
Other resources.
It is noted that you are submitting frequent posts often asking for specific advice pertaining to you own circumstances. As well as drawing your attention to the first paragraph of this post, your attention is drawn to paragraph 5 of the forum FAQs under the section entitled "Why have you deleted my post?" This enables moderators to delete frequent posts without notice and/or further explanation.

PCM
I believe both the DWP DM and the ATOS "doctor" have access to your previous ESA50, but not necessarily anything that you sent in at the same time, however, I have no idea whether it is standard practice for them to look at it. I leave it you to decide wether this is likely or not
You are entitled to attach whatever you believe is relevant to your case to the ESA50.
