Requesting phone WFI

I was hoping that the phonecall I was promised would materialise! It seems that I will have to try again and I will ask to speak to a superviser this time.

I have just spoken to someone at the 'Diary admin team' again. He says that a letter is on its way telling me that my appointment has been postponed until May (due to sickness). He has sent an e-mail to the new adviser and asked him to ring me. At least I now have a bit more time to sort things out - if I don't hear from anyone by tomorrow evening, I will write to my local JCP.
