I think i will let him write a report in his own words(fortunately he is not charging for this) as Gordon rightly pointed out that i do not wany DWP to feel he has been directed.
Once the report arrives i will have a look at it in line with the S/G descriptors and will only send it if satisfies any descriptor.

I have a question to add to this thread. I am hoping to get supporting evidence from several medical pros I've seen, but I think most if it won't get to me before I need to send off my ESA form. I know they say that you can send supplementary info on when you get it, but I think it's likely I'll be in for a long wait (I know someone with the same condition as me who waited months for their supporting evidence), and I was wondering how long the Decision Makers are prepared to wait for the information before they make their decision over what to do with you and whether to recommend a WCA? Tbh, I expect you don't know the answer to this.
Thanks very much.
Hi,
It is really an impossible question to answer, as one does not know how long it would take the DWP to make a decision on any particular claim (although all seem rather slow at the moment).
All you can do it try to expedite the consultants in question and get the letter(s) sent in as soon as possible.

With the neurologists supporting report could i also add in the decision makers conversion decision placing my husband in the Support Group following reconsideration of WRAG.(from 3/11/11 to 27/7/12) as he clearly states this was because of his physical and mental condition since 1998.
Since this decision my husbands condition has deteriorated since his heart attack in November 2011.So i was wondering if this would be of any advantage to my husband.
Many thanks.
Radhika.

If you are also including evidence that shows that your husbands condition has remained the same of worsened, then it may be to your advantage to do this, although any new Decision Maker, will have access to the previous Decision.

Every time you submit an ESA form is it looked at by a different Decision Maker???
As when i spoke to the D/M a month ago who transfered my husband to S/G from WRAG, he said i could send in the additional info to his attention when he is to be reassessed in July 2012.
Thanks.
