Hi I am still trying to get all my info together in preperation for my DLA appeal I cant findout how I can get in contact with the Atos Brighton centre so I can look at my medical docs. If they allow me to have this is there a charge and do they have to get them to me within a certain time frame.

ATOS do not retain your medical records after an exmination, everything is returned to the DWP, so you will need to make the request to them.
A request over the phone should be sufficient although I would follow it up with letter, however a SAR will should return all of the information they hold on you but can take up to 40 days to be completed.
