Hi I have appealed being put in wrag instead of support group, as I have ms, me , cancer etc. How often when you ask for an appeal does the decision get overturned before going to tribunal ? I'm afraid that I am not aware of any statistics that cover the scenario you mention. I can tell you that is does happen, and based on comments on the forum , it is happening more frequently, now, than it used to.
