ESA appeal was created by lily321

Hi
I have appealed being put in wrag instead of support group, as I have ms, me , cancer etc.
How often when you ask for an appeal does the decision get overturned before going to tribunal ?
Hope you understand the question as I have my M S head on today.
I sent evidence from my dr with appeal letter to say that I cannot walk more than 50 metres due to pain and fatique.

I'm afraid that I am not aware of any statistics that cover the scenario you mention. I can tell you that is does happen, and based on comments on the forum , it is happening more frequently, now, than it used to.
