I did not know that if you are in the support group the onus is on the DM to say that you no longer qualify and why, that is very interesting. Gives me some hope.
Whilst this is the case, it is not something you should rely on, as it may only be at a Tribunal that the DWP is shown to have failed to discharge their responsibility.
