thanks gordon and bro, i will make a note to explain that my condition is as bad if not worse and explain i have included up to date evidence to back this up. i just hope it fits in the envelope when i receive it all as i emailed atos today for a larger envelope and they refused me one saying it is suitable for the return of the questionairre and any other letters should be sent seperately at my cost. no chance of that as i just know all my evidence would get lost. cheers dave.

It is perfectly O.K. for you to use your own larger enevelope to return the ESA50 to ATOS, as long as you use the same address as on the pre-paid envelope provided.
