I helped my mum claim PIP last Nov. I have not anything from DWP/ATOS. I have some additional documents I need to send in. My question is who do I send these to DWP, ATOS or Both and at what address if I need to sent to ATOS?
It is a good idea to send additional documents to both ATOS (or Capita, as appropriate to the claim) and DWP. The addresses to use should be on any letters you have received from these departments.
