hello i sent my mandatory reconsideration in by registered post and it got there on the 25th of feb, i still have not heard back, not even to say they have received it , is this normal?

The DWP do not acknowledge receipt of an MR request. I would suggest that you contact the DWP office that you sent it to, to make sure that they have received it and are actioning it.
