How often can you apply for ESA? was created by HarryC
Is there some rules about how often you can apply for ESA? I read somewhere about 26 weeks? Although I don't think it is a straightforward as that.

Hi GJ,

You can make a fresh claim for ESA at any time.

However, you will not be paid any monies that you may be entitled to unless 6 months or more have passed since the time of a previous adverse decision.

Or

Before 6 months or more have passed if your medical condition/s has deteriorated or you now suffer from different medical conditions.

Any such change or deterioration would need to be backed up with written supporting medical evidence.
