Hi, Would the DLA come out to a neighbour if the said neighbour said they had evidence that someone on DLA was caught doing tasks that they (neighbour) thought they should not be able to do? Ken.

The DWP are required to investigate all allegations of benefit fraud, the vast majority are very quickly determined to be malicious and no further action is taken, but I would think that one where there is supposed to be video evidence may result in an more in depth investigation.
