PIP assessment progress was created by neptuno
Timescale so far for PIP :
27.1.14. Phoned DWP to apply (previous DLA)
14.2.14. completed form & supporting docs sent to Wolverhampton
17.2.14. Received by Wolverhampton Royal Mail tracked
13.4.14. letter from Capita F2F date to follow. Do nothing
18.6.14. letter from Capita. Home assessment on 7.7.14
No info about who Health Professional is - just appointment time.
Hope this is useful to other members negotiating the system

You can chase the Provider who is doing assessments in your area, either ATOS or Capita, but there appears to be little that claimants can do to hasten the process, even involving your MP seems to have little effect.
