If your tiredness means that you can do things once but then cannot do them again or cannot complete them then you should give examples.

If, due to your OCD, it takes you more than twice the time to do something than it would take a healthy person then you should be considered as unable to do them

Go back through the Guide and your claim form to see where you may not have defined your limitations clearly or completely, also are there answer that might be ambiguous allowing the DM to reach a different conclusion from the one intended.

One last point, the DWP can assume the use of aids even if you do not use or even possess them, as long as the usage is reasonable, you need to show that you either still have problems even when still using these aids, or that you cannot use them in the first place and why.

For example, where you talk about holding on to the toilet door, the DM would likely consider the use of grab rails in the toilet or bathroom.
